When you request a quotation we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, email (optional), city or area, property type, the services you are interested in, budget and timeline (optional) and any message you write.

For security and to prevent abuse we also record a one-way coded (hashed) form of your internet address and your browser type. We do not store your raw IP address.

Only to respond to your request: to contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email, to discuss your project, arrange a site visit and prepare a quotation. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing messages unrelated to your request.

Your request is visible only to authorised members of our team. Our website and database are hosted with reputable cloud providers who process data on our behalf under strict security terms.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain records of our work with you, and delete them on request when there is no legal reason to keep them.

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to access, correct or erase your information, or withdraw your consent to be contacted, at any time. Simply reply to any message from our team and we will act on your request.

Our public pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies are used only to keep signed-in team members and clients securely logged in.
